Refund Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Every purchase on PIXELRUSH is final the moment it's made. This is stated in the buy modal before you pay, in the Terms of Service you accept at checkout, and here.

No refunds for buyer's remorse. No refunds for a pin you changed your mind about. No refunds for pins removed because they broke the rules — prohibited content (pornographic or sexual content, malware or phishing links, illegal content, spam) is taken down without refund.

The only exception is automatic and nearly impossible: if two buyers are somehow charged for the exact same pixels in the same instant (a double-charged overlapping claim), our system detects it and issues an automated refund of the losing claim. You never ask for this — it just happens.
